Happy Friday

Hey guys!

Happy Friday!  So where did we leave off yesterday?  I was about to leave for the gym – I did go to the gym for about an hr. of weights – mostly legs and some arms as well.

I came home, took a shower, ate breakfast (some fruit and a Quest bar) and left to get my hair done.

After I got my hair done, I made a stop at the mall because I wanted to get some new dress pants for work.  All of my work pants are pretty much from Express. I love them but they are quite expensive. I was upset because I always get coupons from them in the mail but didn’t have any with me at the time.  I told one of the girls that worked there that I received coupons recently but didn’t have any with me and she gave me a # to send a text to, which sent a coupon to my phone.  See, it doesn’t hurt to ask about things like that – the coupon saved me $50!

I got a new pair of pants and 2 shirts that I really liked.

A little while after I got home, my mom came over.  We decided to get some salads with grilled chicken for lunch. We just hung out and talked for a while and then she took me for a ride in her new car. We stopped at the store for a few things she needed to get.  I also got some much NEEDED things.

I am pretty sure these are only sold in stores around Halloween. I bought them last year and they are by far the best flavor of Tootsie Pops ever!! They are 2 for $5.00 at Rite Aid this week so you can be sure I am going to stock up!

When Pat got home from work, it was time for dinner. We enjoyed our stuffed peppers outside on the deck since it was a nice night out.  We then took a ride by the beach and then spent the rest of the night on the couch hanging out, talking, and watching TV.

  1. Those Tootsie Pops sound delicious! I’ll have to keep an eye out. Also, your haircut looks great! :) And hearing that you lifted for an hour really motivates me to lift today. I’ve seriously been saying that I plan to weight lift for the past three months and have yet to do so. I just don’t have as much energy to lift while pregnant. I know it’d be really beneficial though. Ugh!!
