My name is Lisa and I am 33 years old. I started this blog after months of reading healthy living blogs and realizing that I wanted to be involved more than just as a reader. I live in Spring Lake Heights, NJ with my husband, Pat, and our beyond adorable Shih Tzu, Bosco.

I have discovered a recent passion for healthy eating / living. While I am not the healthiest person by any means, I try to eat clean most of the time and stay active, while also indulging from time to time. Life is all about balance, right?
My blog will capture anything from food, fitness, random ramblings, daily life happenings, and lots of pictures of Bosco (because I am pretty obsessed with him!). I invite you to follow along. 🙂

Bosco is SO cute! Shih Tzu’s are wonderful dogs, my Nana had one and was the sweetest little thing 🙂 I’m with you on trying to live healthier – though I feel like lately I’ve been indulging more than eating healthy. I’m blaming it on the bad winter we’ve had 😉 haha
